The Kartrite Indoor Waterpark is the perfect place to pull up a lounge chair and R.E.L.A.X. Kick back in our deluxe cabanas or cool off with a drink at Bar Mez. Amenities include fresh towels, and a mini fridge with 6 waters. Upper Mezzanine Cabanas and Upper Birthday Cabanas come with a host for food and drink service.
The cabanas include chairs, a coffee table, and two chaise outdoor chairs with a small table between them. Cabanas hold up to 6 people and are only available for full day rentals.
Upper Mezzanine Cabanas are handicap accessible.

Service to upper cabanas and upper birthday cabanas begins with a visit from your server between 11:00am and 12pm.
At this time a credit card and ID will be collected to place all F&B orders for the day.
Service end time: Between 6-6:30pm the server will return the ID and Credit card to cabana renter to settle day transactions and collect signatures on items ordered.
The cabana server will check in on the upper cabana throughout the day.
The Waterpark closes at 7pm, all cabanas must be wrapped up to exit the park promptly by 7pm.
The Waterpark team will announce a countdown daily starting at 6:15pm, 6:30pm and 6:45 pm to give our guests time to pack up/ rinse off and gather belongings to exit Waterpark in an orderly manner.

Cabanas are available for purchase online up until 24 hours before the date of use. To purchase cabanas within 24 hours of arrival, please visit the front desk.
Cabanas occupancy: 6 persons
There is no service to lower cabanas.
Upon exit : Guests are to clear cabanas from all personal items and leave cabana towels inside cabana to avoid a lost towel fee of $25 per towel.
Cabana contents: fan, furniture and fridge. Any damages or removal of contents will result in a replacement, cleanliness or damage fee.
We have a strict no glass, no smoking, no vaping; these come with a smoking fee and Waterpark removal. Excessive cleaning or damage to contents of the cabana will also result in additional fees.
Please remove any personal trash and place in trash bins upon exiting the cabana.
Waterpark conduct policy: the resort reserves the right to remove a guest who poses a threat or disrupts our peaceful home with any behavior that is unwelcome to the staff or other guests at the Waterpark.
